The outer polyolefin insulation flame retardant material, the inner layer hot melt adhesive can buffer the mechanical strain and the sealing property is strong. The main functions are sealing and waterproof, anti-corrosion, air leakage, multi strand wire harness and insulation, widely used in various kinds of harness, marine wire and cable and metal pipe, such as sealing, waterproof, moisture- proof, sealing insulation, binding and fixing in anticorrosive occasions.

This dual wall tube conforms to AMS-DTL-23053/4; QC/T29106;GB/T2408. These tubes have a high initial shrinkage temperature of ≥+90℃ and complete shrinkage temperature of ≥125℃. They withstand a service temperature range from -45℃~+125℃, with Shrinkage ratio at 3:1. Moreover, our tubes are RoHS compliant for environmental standards.

The product has an initial shrinkage temperature of ≥+90℃ and complete shrinkage temperature of ≥125℃. For environments that require high temperatures, this product can also be used at a service temperature of -45℃~+125℃ with a shrinkage ratio of 3:1. The material is compliant with environmental standards such as RoHS.

Environmentally safe, RoHS approved dual wall flame retardant tube with a primary wall of stainless steel and an inner layer of PTFE is used for flame retardant gas, liquid and steam.

The Environmental Vo-class flame retardant dual wall tube is suitable to be used in oil pipelines and liquid pipes at low temperature under convection.
